really good stay near the palace
wooden flooring spacious room central location
the room featured beautiful wooden flooring and tasteful decor. i found the beautiful room surprisingly spacious. the location proved perfect, offering both centrality and relative quiet during the nights. alexandra at reception was helpful and genuinely cared about my comfort.
the bed, although comfortable, felt a little firm. it would be better if it was softer

I found the location to be excellent, right next to the Royal Palace. The staff was very friendly. I received good tips for local places to visit. My room had a balcony that faced the Royal Palace, a pleasant surprise. The receptionist was especially nice and helpful.
The room was slightly worn. A few updates would certainly improve the overall impression

Excellent location with really good service!

The super nice team, offering really good tips about local restaurants and transport options. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings and classic wooden floors. Its position opposite the palace made it very quiet at night. I slept soundly. I really liked the complimentary bottled water upon arrival!!!
The bathroom was a bit small for such a large apartment.

This apartment location is excellent. it is near the royal palace and opera house. i walked to beautiful gardens and the city centre. the gardens were near puerto del sol. It was very convenient.
The room seemed somewhat worn. the bed was hard. The pillows were too firm. there were no pillow covers provided, which concerned me.

I appreciated the prime location. Many attractions were easily accessible by foot. The apartment's proximity to the opera house proved quite convenient for evening entertainment. I found the staff consistently helpful, offering useful suggestions. The views of the Royal Palace from the windows were definitely a highlight.
The soundproofing wasn't amazing. I could hear neighbors sometimes.
