I found the location to be excellent, right next to the Royal Palace. The staff was very friendly. I received good tips for local places to visit. My room had a balcony that faced the Royal Palace, a pleasant surprise. The receptionist was especially nice and helpful.
The room was slightly worn. A few updates would certainly improve the overall impression

The location was indeed amazing for exploring. The helpful staff was always available at the front desk to assist with inquiries. The apartment faced the palace directly. It provided ample space for our stay and served as the perfect base for our first visit.
The room felt somewhat worn. The bed was quite firm for my liking.

The super nice team, offering really good tips about local restaurants and transport options. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings and classic wooden floors. Its position opposite the palace made it very quiet at night. I slept soundly. I really liked the complimentary bottled water upon arrival!!!
The bathroom was a bit small for such a large apartment.

This apartment location is excellent. it is near the royal palace and opera house. i walked to beautiful gardens and the city centre. the gardens were near puerto del sol. It was very convenient.
The room seemed somewhat worn. the bed was hard. The pillows were too firm. there were no pillow covers provided, which concerned me.
